(OLNEY) The Richland County FOP Lodge 402, along with the Smokin’ Pig, is sponsoring a fundraiser set for this Saturday to benefit the William Joshua Schlick Memorial Scholarship that was just recently created. The Smokin’ Pig Food Truck will be set up Saturday in the Woods Autobody parking lot, along South Route 130, in Olney, taking orders from 10:30 in the morning until sold out with 100% of all food sales, donations, and tips raised going into the biggest donation jar ever. For those unable to attend, donations can be sent via Venmo @Smokin-Pig-1. With the establishment of the Scholarship Fund, the $1,000 scholarships will be awarded each year to a high school senior or current college student pursuing a criminal justice degree, all memory of Sergeant William Joshua Schlick and his service.
