(OLNEY/NEWTON) After an approaching storm system brings us some morning showers and thunderstorms, we’ll dry out with maybe some sunshine later this afternoon. Then it all rebuilds with more rain and storm chances on Wednesday before the threat comes to an end by late tomorrow night. Our downstate weather will then welcome a cooler and more stable airmass for Thursday and Friday to wrap up the work week. Other than a quick and low chance of the spotty rain on Saturday, the weekend is mostly dry and pleasant. Stay tuned for updates and always monitor a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for forecast details.
