Additionally, the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget was approved as presented. In a separate vote of 5-1, the Board decided to postpone the purchase of new body and car camera systems for the Sheriff’s Department, which would have avoided a 5% price increase if made before January 1st. No executive session was held to discuss negotiations or personnel matters. The next regular meeting of the Richland County Board will take place on January 9th.
