(OLNEY/NEWTON) The American Red Cross is asking all donors to get out and give blood at their next earliest opportunity to help replenish currently low area blood supplies. There are three area blood drives on this Tuesday :
- At the Blue Point Free Will Baptist Church near Cisne from 12:00 to 6:00
- At the Grace United Methodist Church in Neoga from 1:00 to 6:00
- And at the New Hope Christian Church near Bridgeport from 1:30 to 6:00.
All blood types and platelets are needed to replenish low area and regional blood supplies. To look over the list of upcoming blood drives and to schedule an appointment to donate blood, go online to the redcrossblood.org website or call the American Red Cross’ Blood Donation Center in Effingham, at 800-733-2767.
