(OLNEY/ NOBLE/NEWTON) Most all local and area City and Village Halls are closed for the New Year’s Holiday this week. Here’s a look at the respective closures coming up :
- All area City and Village Halls are open today with normal hours
- The Newton City Hall will close at 12 noon tomorrow and be closed all day on Wednesday
- The Noble Village Hall will close at 12 noon tomorrow and be closed all day on Wednesday
- The Olney City Hall will be open tomorrow, but then closed all day on Wednesday
- All area City and Village Halls will then reopen with regular hours on Thursday and Friday
Here’s a note from Republic Services concerning the area garbage collections this week :
- Trash will be hauled today and tomorrow, but no garbage pickup on Wednesday
- Republic’s trash collections will resume on Thursday and Friday then later this week
Also a reminder about the City of Olney’s brush dump on West Mack Avenue
- The brush dump will being its “winter hours” in January
- That’s from 10:00 to 4:00 on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays starting this weekend
