- @ Arcola: Decatur St. Teresa edged out Catlin-Salt Fork, 38-32
- @ Raymond: Hardin-Calhoun won a close one over Brownstown/St. Elmo, 37-35
- @ Raymond: Carrollton took down Okawville, 34-22
Class 2A
- @ Paris: Mt. Carmel slipped past Sullivan, 39-37
- @ Paris: Teutopolis defeated Paris, 44-33
- @ Trenton: Breese Central rolled past Harrisburg, 50-23
- @ Trenton: Nashville handled Vienna, 61-32
Class 3A
- @ Bethalto: Mt. Vernon beat Effingham, 47-38
