LAST WEEK’S RC FARM BUREAU RAINFALL REPORT

(OLNEY) In this week’s Richland County Farm Bureau rainfall report for the past week, with the reporting period ending at 8:00 yesterday (Monday) morning, the county’s highest total of rain over the past week was an inch and three tenths (1.30) in one of the Claremont Township sites, followed by an inch and two tenths (1.20) in the other Claremont Township site, and an inch and one tenth (1.10) in Madison Township. Then it was three-quarters of an inch (0.75) in Olney Township, fifty-five hundredths (0.55) in Bonpas Township, a half inch (0.50) in Decker Township, four tenths (0.40) in German Township, and a quarter of an inch (0.25) in Preston Township. Both the Farm Bureau Office in Olney & Noble Township had two tenths (0.20) and the lowest amount of rain recorded over the past week was five hundredths of an inch (0.05) in Denver Township. Here at our WVLN-WSEI National Weather Service official weather station for Richland County, at the south edge of Olney, we recorded an inch and fifteen hundredths (1.15) over the seven day and night time frame.
