- Financials: Approved the payment of all bills as presented.
- New Board Member: Seated Nicole Mulvey to fill an unexpired term until Spring 2027.
- Legislative Report:
- State Budget Update: Evidence-Based Funding will increase.
- Transportation Funding: Pro-rated again, shifting more financial responsibility to the district.
- 2025-2026 School Calendar: Approved.
- Membership Renewals: Renewed IHSA and IESA memberships.
- Newton Elementary School Addition:
- Planned for the east side of the school.
