(OLNEY) The Illinois Eastern Community Colleges will all observe Constitution Day 2024 tomorrow, on Tuesday, September 17th. Each campus will host a variety of activities with various resources to promote the study of the Constitution.
Here’s the list at each college :
- Olney Central College will have a Constitution Day exhibit on display in the Anderson Library with free Constitution booklets available to all OCC students, plus the “Creating the Constitution” video will be played on monitors in the Library gallery and all hallways
- Lincoln Trail College will have a Constitution Day window and hallway bulletin board on display, along with free U.S. Constitution booklets available for all students, plus there will be Constitution trivia sheets in the LTC Library for students to return and win prizes
- Wabash Valley College will have a Constitution Day display, mostly featured in the WVC Learning Resources Center, along with free Constitution booklets available to all students, plus WVC-TV will be telecasting a recorded reading of the U.S. Constitution’s Preamble
- Frontier Community College will have a Constitution Text Video played on a loop on all monitors throughout the FCC campus all day long, plus the FCC Student Senate will partner with the Wayne County Clerk’s Office to offer voter registration in the FCC Bobcat Den.
