(OLNEY) With the signup deadline early last week, officials with the Adopt-A-Family program in Richland County spent last week with their final interviews with this year’s final number of families to be adopted at 98, a new record high for the program. And as in year’s past, the Olney and Richland County community has stepped up to support those in need with only four families, as of this morning, still to be adopted.
