Class 1A @ Normal
- Effingham Sacred Heart lost to Pontiac St. Mary’s in the third-place game, 41-50.
Class 2A @ Macon
- Stewardson-Strasburg fell to Normal Metcalf in the title game, 41-45.

SIJHSAA Class S State Tournament Semi-Finals (at Rend Lake College)
- Germantown defeated Opdyke-Belle Rive, 53-33.
- Cairo beat Thompsonville, 63-38.
The Class S finals will be held tomorrow at Rend Lake College.
SIJHSAA Class L Quarter-Finals Tomorrow (at Rend Lake College)
- Marion vs. Whiteside/Belleville at 9:30 AM
- Waterloo vs. Centralia at 10:45 AM
- Murphysboro vs. Flora at 12:00 PM
- Carbondale vs. Casey/Mt. Vernon at 1:15 PM
The Class L semi-finals will be held next Tuesday, with the finals on Thursday night.
IESA 8th Grade State Tournament Starts Tomorrow
Class 1A @ Warrensburg
- Sigel St. Michael’s (23-1) vs. Augusta Southeastern (19-6) at 1:00 PM
Class 2A @ Kankakee
- Effingham St. Anthony (23-3) vs. Burr Ridge (15-3) at 1:00 PM
Class 3A @ Tolono
- Teutopolis (21-6) vs. La Grange Highlands (22-4) at 2:30 PM
The 8th Grade finals will take place next Thursday night at each respective site.
SIJHSAA Class M State Tournament Finals Tonight
- Joseph Arthur/O’Fallon vs. NCOE for third place at 6:00 PM
- Nashville vs. Smithton for the state championship at 7:30 PM
