(OLNEY/NEWTON) The American Red Cross is asking all donors to get out and give blood at their next earliest opportunity to help replenish currently low area blood supplies. Here’s the list of some upcoming area blood drives : today at the Lions Club Building in Noble from 2:00 to 6:00 : Tuesday at the Blood Donation Center in Effingham from 11:30 to 7:30 : Wednesday at the Community of Christ Church in Fairfield from 11:30 to 5:30 : also Wednesday at the Blood Donation Center in Effingham from 11:30 to 7:30 : Thursday at the Blood Donation Center in Effingham from 11:30 to 7:30 : Friday at the Cornerstone Church in Effingham from 1:30 to 5:30 : Saturday at the Blood Donation Center in Effingham from 7:00 to 3:00 : all blood types and platelets are needed to replenish low area and regional blood supplies : for an appointment to donate blood, call the American Red Cross’ Blood Donation Center in Effingham, at 800-733-2767 or go to redcrossblood.org.
