(OLNEY) The man arrested on Tuesday evening in connection to the murders of John Jones and Debbie Jones has been identified as 25 year old Dylan M Jones of Olney IL.
Jones is facing 4 counts of Murder/Intent to Kill/Injure and 2 counts of Murder/Strong Probability Kill/Injure. A verified petition to deny Defendant pretrial release was filed today from the Richland County Prosecutor’s office – following statues per Illinois Criminal Code and the SAFE-T Act of Illinois.
