(OLNEY) The Richland County Board will have its regular monthly meeting for March tonight at the Richland County Jail Meeting Room in Olney, starting at 7:00. The Board’s Finance Committee will meet an hour earlier at 6:00, also in the County Jail Meeting Room. Both of tonight’s meetings are open to the public, with the exception of any executive sessions.
