(OLNEY/NEWTON) It will be a dry Leap Day 2024 on this Thursday with some sunshine and then increasing clouds, on what is known as the last day of meteorological winter, as a high pressure ridge over the Midwest will start a warming trend today. A fast-moving upper level disturbance will bring a quick chance of rain and/or snow mixed early tomorrow morning, ending by mid-morning on Friday. Then dry and warmer for the weekend before more rain chances the first of next week.
