(OLNEY/NEWTON) With a slight warm up and a dry sky on tap for this Thursday, it’s the calm before the storm, so to speak, weather-wise. An approaching storm system will bring in more clouds tonight with a chance of rain late, after midnight, and another round of rain tomorrow afternoon, with heavy amounts possible. The frontal system will also bring in colder air, as temperatures drop tomorrow afternoon, with some snow possible before it all ends tomorrow night. Then the frigid air pours in for the weekend and first part of next week with our coldest wind chills so far this winter. Stay tuned for weather updates and monitor a local NOAA Weather Alert Radio for more weather and forecast details.
